Bursting with energy and ready to take on the world, this morning I charged my batteries with this filling, delicious breakfast.
- 1 frozen Banana.
- A handful of frozen Strawberries.
- 1/2 cup Almond milk.
Toss all your ingredients into a grinder and blitz until smooth.
Vanilla Chia Pudding:
- 4 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup of Almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Refrigerate for an hour. When removed, if the pudding is too thick, add some milk to give it a smoother consistency.
–Into a serving bowl, pour your smoothie onto one side and your Chia pudding onto the other. Top with the ingredients of your choice.
